Butch has served on the Board for over 12 years and owns Butch’s Automotive & Transmission in  Liverpool, NY

Jeffrey Phillips

Jeff has served on the Board for over 5 years and owns J&J Automotive in Syracuse, NY

2nd Vice President

Bruce Fehlman

Bruce has served on the Board for over 10 years and owns Fehlman Bros. in Eastwood / Syracuse. Bruce recently chaired the 2006 Be

Car Care Aware Fair committee.

The Board of Directors would like to thank outgoing Board President, Roy Fulkerson for his years of service and dedication and for doing an outstanding job leading the association for the past six years.  Roy will continue to serve on the Board, and will also serve as a board member of the newly formed SSRSOUNY Insurance Company, Inc. In addition, Roy was recently elected to serve as 3rd Vice President of the New York State Association of Service Stations &  Repair Shops.
